We understand that busy schedules and unexpected conflicts can arise.  However, to ensure fairness and consistency for all familes and staff, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.  A 50% refund can be issued if cancelled up to a week from the camp start date and there will be no refunds 24 hours from the first day of camp.

We never want to take away a player’s opportunity to train, but last-minute cancellations still require us to pay our coaches and cover facilites costs.  Enforcing this policy allows us to continue offering high-quatlity training.
